Our 2020 – A year where we did things differently

Wednesday 23rd December 2020

To our valued OT’s, Allied Health Professionals, Plan Managers and Service Providers,

As we reflect on this year, we wish to thank you for supporting us and using our services throughout 2020. No-one could have anticipated the challenges that we and all of you faced but we know that we have come out the other side stronger and better for it.

We have a new appreciation for the people that we provide services for, the need for the strictest infection control and COVID-19 protocols, practices and procedures; which are now permanently entrenched in everything we do.

At a time when others were either out of work or struggling to find it, our company grew significantly – we recognised that we are an “essential service” and did everything we could to make ourselves available.

As we transition to a new digital system at WFM, we have reflected on how much we enjoy what we do, what a great team we have and how much we value you and the work that we are able to do with you to help keep people in their homes longer.

To that end, we want to wish you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS, a terrific 2021 and we look forward to working with you all in the New Year. We will be trading throughout the Christmas/New Year Period, so please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require our services.

Stay well, keep safe!
