Response to COVID-19

Monday 23rd March 2020

In response to the global COVID-19 situation, we are committed to ensuring the health, wellbeing and safety of our clients, staff and key stakeholders as our highest priority whilst ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding, uninterrupted service, to those who need it.

We have in place protocols, policies and a contingency plan so as to contend with this current Coronavirus situation. These include:

  • Daily Cleaning Procedure
  • Infection Control Policy and Educational documents
  • Social Distancing Protocol
  • Pandemic Policy
  • Pandemic Lockdown plan and contingency plan
  • Client Screening Protocol (prior to visiting homes)
  • Risk Identification / Client/Staff infection register
  • Contact tracingSelf Isolation Protocol

We continue to monitor the situation and implement all necessary changes as guided by the relevant Authorities.

We are endeavouring to maintain operations to ensure there are no delays in getting aids, equipment and modifications to those who need it most.

In the unlikely event that directive is given to us that is out of our control, one that changes the way we operate, we will be implementing our contingency plan to ensure we can deliver in part without comprising anyone’s health and well being.

We will continue to communicate with our staff, stakeholders and clients to instil confidence and assurance that we are, in a very safe way, working toward Keeping People in their Homes Longer.
