Stage 4 Lockdown - COVID-19 Safe Plan

WFM Services wish to assure our clients, Occupational Therapists, Service Providers and Plan Managers that we will be continuing to provide Home Modifications for clients, in a COVID-safe way.

We will be attending all work including site visits where the prescribing therapist has designated the work to be urgent/essential in line with care plans and as per “Permitted worker permit scheme directions”.

Our COVID is updated and is in place as are our Protocols and Procedures.  All our staff have signed up and committed to our Infection Control Policy where we pay particular attention to the wearing of masks, cleaning/sanitising of hands, equipment, cars, phones and office.  We socially distance, screen our clients prior to attending and have our contact tracing and self-isolation protocols in place.

We are monitoring all advice from the health authorities, Federal, State and Local Governments as well as the NDIS, My Aged Care and checking exposure sites daily to ensure that we continue providing your/our clients with a safe, hygienic and high-quality service; one that you can rely on now and into the future.
