OUR PROCESS

To ensure consistency and attention to detail in every job, we have devised our 4 Step Process. It’s our mission to partner with every customer in a meaningful and mutually beneficial way. Through developing our 4 Step Process we’ve been able to engage our customers at the highest level by combining our knowledge and expertise.

 

 

01.

EVALUATE

The primary task of Evaluation is to fully understand the requirement, needs and the constraints of the current situation. By understanding fully the difficulties and challenges the customer is facing, we can design and create a solution we know will be safe, durable and most of all solves the critical customer issues.

 

This process involves:

  • Meeting with the customer and their families
  • Site assessment
  • Consultation with the Occupational Therapist, Physio, GP or other specialist as required
  • Risk assessment
  • Cost constraints and funding options

 

 

02.

DESIGN

Once the evaluation has been conducted and all of the information has been collated the Design phase starts. In this phase WFM can start determining the correct type of solution for the customer, this maybe a:

  • Ramp
  • Steps
  • Rails
  • Aids and equipment
  • Home modifications – minor and major

Once the optimal solution has been determined and following customer/funding body approval we move into the fabrication process.

 

 

03.

BUILD

In the Build phase of the project, premium materials are combined with our in-house craftsmanship to bring the proposed solution to life. As most of our work is custom built, WFM has developed a unique in-house capability to be able to deliver custom designed and unique constructions in a timely and quality manner.

 

 

04.

INSTALL

The fourth step in our process is installation, the most important step. This is where all the consultation and our expertise come together. Aside from meeting all clinical, regulatory and functional needs, the act of installing must be done with empathy, understanding and professionalism. WFM Services never forgets we are working in people’s homes and making changes that people may need but not necessarily want. The Install is our opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing of our clients.
